The basics for using Pigi fairly and safely.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Pigi. If you are under 18, you should use Pigi only with the permission and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

Accounts and access

• Keep your login credentials secure and do not share them irresponsibly.
• Make sure the information tied to your account is accurate and reasonably up to date.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless the activity results from our own error or a security issue outside your control.

Using Pigi

• Use Pigi only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms & Conditions.
• Do not interfere with the app, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer restricted parts of the service, or misuse the product in ways that could harm Pigi or other users.
• Do not upload or submit content that violates the Acceptable Use Policy, including unlawful, abusive, infringing, exploitative, or harmful material.

Subscriptions, trials, and billing

Pigi may offer free trials, paid subscriptions, and other paid features. Pricing, trial duration, renewal timing, and available plans may be shown in the app or in the relevant App Store listing.

If you subscribe through Apple, billing, renewals, cancellations, and most refund handling are managed by Apple under Apple’s own rules and policies. You are responsible for reviewing those platform terms before purchasing.

User content and attachments

You retain ownership of the information and content you submit to Pigi, such as transaction details, notes, and any receipts, bills, or images you upload when those features are available.

You are responsible for making sure you have the right to upload or share that content. Our Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions and applies to all uploaded content and attachments.

We may remove content or restrict access to features if we reasonably believe content violates these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, the rights of others, or applicable law.

Intellectual property

Pigi, including the app, website, design, branding, software, and related materials, is owned by Edijs Petersons or used with permission. Except for the limited right to use Pigi as allowed by these terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you.

Availability and changes to the service

We work hard to keep Pigi available, accurate, and useful, but we do not promise uninterrupted access or that every feature will always work perfectly. We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of Pigi at any time.

No professional advice

Pigi is a budgeting and financial-planning tool. It is not financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. You are responsible for the decisions you make using the app.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pigi is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that Pigi will always be available, secure, error-free, or suitable for your particular needs.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Edijs Petersons will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Pigi. Our total liability for any claim relating to Pigi will be limited to the amount you paid to use Pigi during the 12 months before the claim arose, or 50 USD if you have not paid anything, whichever is greater.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Pigi if you materially violate these Terms & Conditions, misuse the product, fail to pay required fees, or create risk for Pigi or others. You may stop using Pigi at any time.

Other policies

Your use of Pigi is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

Updates to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates may reflect product changes, legal requirements, or changes to the operator, ownership, or legal structure of Pigi. Continued use of Pigi after an update means the revised terms apply from that point forward.
